RPPC will provide education and training in public policy studies for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. It will promote and develop effective and reflective practitioners and leaders in public policy and public affairs through its certificate programs.

Public Policy as an interdisciplinary field must appeal to scholars, policymakers and stakeholders across a diversity of substantive areas like the regulation of financial markets, social welfare and institutional design. Scholarship in the field is critical to our understanding of existing policy as well as to our understanding of the future of public policy as articulated by calls for reform.

The Center will provide an inter-disciplinary curriculum in public policy theory, methods, knowledge and practice to students and practitioners. They will acquire a set of methodological, qualitative and quantitative skills necessary for policy analysis and develop professional capabilities necessary for leadership in public policy. Adopting interdisciplinary studies and aligning academics (learning and teaching) with the ongoing research and training is of vital importance.
